NERA Leap Voucher


A60N has been awarded a NERA Leap Voucher to assist with the commercialisation of our patented subsea deposit management systems (DMS). The funds will be used to conduct further testing and development of the product line.

New Premises


After a successful year we are happy to announce that we are moving to a larger premises in West Perth. The new location will enable us to expand our product development and testing services.

STAR Labs Phase 2


A test program to investigate calcareous deposit formation on EFL connectors was successfully installed offshore at the Rous Head test site. The connectors will be retrieved, inspected and tested after 6 month's immersion.

Flexible Riser Testing Campaign


A60N has recently completed an offshore campaign conducting flexible riser annulus testing in conjunction with 2H Offshore in the Gulf of Thailand.

Paul Georgeson
Project Manager and Principal Engineer

Paul has over 15 years’ experience in the O&G industry, working with both projects and in operational support. He has worked in Australia, the North Sea, the Middle East and throughout SE Asia. The majority of his experience is in the integrity management of subsea systems, structures and pipelines with particular focus on:

  • Pipeline and subsea corrosion mitigation and repair

  • Material and equipment root cause failure analysis

  • Offshore campaign execution and project management

  • Integrity management systems development

Skjalg Erdal
Materials and Integrity Lead

Skjalg has a diverse background in engineering, research and project management. He holds a doctorate in materials science (effects of hydrogen on solid materials). He has provided IM services to most Australian subsea O&G operators. Skjalg's experience in materials and integrity related work includes:​

  • Failure investigations

  • Corrosion prevention

  • Offshore testing and subsea equipment IM

  • Research and development
